Always carry out make ready prior to starting production and only when the machine is at zero speed.
Adhere to the following points when making the print machine ready to achieve precise reproduceability for repeat jobs:

Suspend all print cylinders in the register cross position (identical rotary start position)

Start the print machine advance (inching mode) until the shaft encoder has carried out at least one rotation.
Touch this area and hold pressed
for more than 3 s to establish a re-
produceable start situation (zero position).
